Chase phone number change scam ?

I got two separate emails saying my phone number had been deleted from both my account and my zelle. The first one was kind of sketchy looking but the zelle one had the same customer service number as the one on the back of my debit card and looked exactly the same as every legit email I've gotten from chase. I didn't click on anything in the emails and logged into my chase account. My phone number is still there and it doesn't say any other device has accessed my account. I got changed phone carriers recently so at first I thought it had something to do with that but I'm pretty sure it's just a scam.

All that said it's probably okay right? Like it's just a scam and not an actual imminent threat? I locked my cards but I work in a somewhat remote area so I won't have reliable cell service to get in contact with Chase until later this evening (I just have wifi). I'm wondering if it's urgent enough that I should move everything out of my chase account in the meantime.

Hot weather is my nemesis

Mostly a rant. I feel like every year I get lulled into a false sense of security during the colder months when my RA is mostly just stiff joints and forget that the summer is when things get really bad. We jumped from 50s-60s to the 90s in the last few days and y’all when I tell you I am MISERABLE. I’m waiting for my new biologic to start working so hopefully things get better but like with pain and inflammation combined with the seasonal allergies I feel like I have a weird flu. I also work a somewhat physically intensive outdoors job and it’s our busy season. I hate this. I just feel so exhausted.

Season 4 Episode 22 (Kiss or Get Off the Pot)

I'm rewatching this show for the first time post-frontal lobe development and just saw the episode where Abby is trying to make Maddie kiss Gino for a duet and Maddie is (justifiably) uncomfortable so Abby grabs Maddie and kisses her on the mouth as a "joke". I know it's old news that Abby is abusive and awful but y'all genuinely the way my stomach dropped watching that, and the fact that the moms all laughed it off was just so shocking and gross. As someone who works with kids if I saw another adult do that to a kid I would be required to make a title ix report.

Just looking at my options right now. Did you do it? How difficult was it to get in (like TEAS scores and pre-req GPA-wise)? What was the job search like post-grad? Thanks!
