Good transition ideas??

Obviously there’s having the natural flow of the tracks line up,

Dub echo which is kinda terrible

Wheel echo kinda cool

I’ve seen some people cut all the EQs to transition

Few different effects on the track like echo or reverb,

What are some other good ones?

Overwhelmed on where to start with producing

Idk what daw to get or where to even begin it all looks so complicated ive watch 1-2 tutorials and they go through things way to fast without explaining what they’re doing. I’m in a few Patreons but still not sure where to even begin. Any advice? Just trying to produce or remix my first song, and I’m not sure if sample packs are worth getting either if i really want to have a sound that stands out.

I thought I could beat match with this if the two jog wheels had the digital rotation marker in alignment with each other. But it starts at a different point depending on which hot cue I press. If I press hot cue a on track 1 and hot cue b on track 2 at the same time the rotation marker will be unaligned. So how does this do me any good and can it be fixed to beat match?

Having difficulty lining up triples

I’ve learning it takes me about 17 bars to load and mix in a new song with no time to beat match in my ear because I play 2 songs at the time first with drops at 17 bars.

Should I be triple dropping a song by having my first song with a 25 or 33 bar drop, giving me 8-16 bars to beat match in my headphones?

Or should I be layering the tracks with drops 8 bars apart?

I know there’s not an exact science but I want to know your thoughts.

Does DDJ 1000 have any view on jog wheels where I’m able to view stacked grids of 2 tracks like FLX10 does?

Without using a laptop for visuals, I would have to beat match by ear I would assume instead of relying on jog wheel display if I’m only able to see the grid of 1 track?

Quantitize snapping settings are set to 1/1 but tracks are still snapping to quarter notes in rejordbox when mixing in a new track. Beatgrids are aligned and quanitize is on.

When I press a hot cue my tracks are snapping on the quarter note before or after each beat, how do I get this so it can only snap to each red line or each beat? My snap is already set to 1/1 in record box and all my bestgrids are aligned.
