when you get a call from the tape dealer asking if you want extra adult films next time he comes by, is that actually him? maybe i watch too much sopranos but when he called and asked i said no and hung up out of fear it’s an undercover cop 😭🤣

hi everyone! i’m someone who i guess would be described as a “cozy gamer” my game library is stuff like animal crossing, stardew valley, fields of mistria, BG3.
i’m really wanting to branch out and try new games but it’s a little overwhelming. i’m not the best with combat and shooters but it’s hard to ask other cozy gamers for suggestions cause the games they suggest just seem like the exact same as the games listed above (no hate for that at all btw i just don’t think i can play anymore farming or crafting games) so far ive tried the online versions of GTA5 and RDR2 gta i’m not super into so haven’t touched it much. i really liked rdr2 style but stopped playing online cause i don’t have anyone to play with a i can’t find much ways to make money without missions but the missions seem to be designed for more than one player to complete.
any suggestions for me? things i like in games are character customization, choices matter, romance options (i know not in a bunch of games, and pls no dating sims i don’t want romance to be the entire game lol) if there has to be combat i prefer turn based but i know there’s not a lot of options for that so i get that, maybe light combat instead? playing as a woman would be nice but again i know that limits things lol!

eta: Consoles i have are nintendo DS, nintendo switch, gaming laptop with steam! my boyfriend and i live together and i sometimes play his xbox but im not the biggest fan of playing it! also for everyone suggesting the portal games ily lol! i played those millions of years ago so i didnt even think to mention it in my game library lol i also have played cult of the lamb! i didnt mention cause i wasnt the biggest fan of dungeon crawling sadly 💔

our owner sold the store and told us this morning new owners will be in affect in the next 4 days. he won’t give us any information on if their planning to clean house and restaff or anything. has anyone been through this before at their location? did you get to keep your job? my unit manager is immediately jumping ship and will be gone the day before new owners take over. we’ve been warned to cash out the last of our pto. all my coworkers are really scared they’ll be jobless in a few days. myself included
