Uber eats pro card delays
Anyone having issues withdrawing funds from Uber Eats Pro Card? Made a withdrawal this morning at 5am and still no money in the account. Previously waited for an hour max but today was the longest. Can't phone anyone because their lines don't work

reddit.comUber eats taking the piss
So I've had an account with Uber eats for years now. That account got shut down because I didn't complete the DBS check in time (had no car at the time so thought it could wait) and after 2 weeks of no response from support was forced to make a new one.
Here is what I have noticed:
Consistent decent earnings and consistent flow of orders during the first month.
After the first month, fares have dropped to under £1 per mile and almost no orders even when in a hotspot area. Even orders at night that would normally pay £15-£16 dropped to £8-£10 in the same area, same time of day.
Why do taxi drivers get holiday pay and we don't for basically doing the same job. Do they assume we do not take holidays??
Compared to same period last year where I could do easily £150 on a Monday night, now I barely make fuel and insurance.
I get there is a cost of living crisis at the moment, but it's still feels absurd.
Not to mention the cost of fuel and Ubers stupid cashback scheme where you get pennies back.
I know there is a union that "fights" for our rights but those rights seem non existent at the moment.
Is there something we can do about it?

reddit.com[REQ] £800 UK, Bristol, repayment daily £50 until paid off, bank transfer/PayPal needed for new clutch
I asked for £20 for petrol on a different sub, the same car failed me yesterdya and needs a new clutch. RAC towed the car to the nearest garage and they asked £800 for what essentially costs £400 (vagina tax I suppose)
Repayment will be £50 daily until paid off, will do Uber Eats/Deliveroo on a bike + Amazon flex once car is repaired so consistent stream of income.
I know my chances are small, but I'm still trying my luck.

Epres Vs Olaplex no 3 Plus
Epres has been on my list for quite some time now, but I was waiting to finish my current products so I can build a new routine.
I have been seeing ads for the new Olaplex No3 Plus and was wondering if anyone can tell me if that would be better than Epres.
I also use k18, and love it, but I'm looking for some bond repair I can introduce in my daily routine as K18 is bring used 1-2 times a month or a few uses after color service.
