Does anyone have experience with automatic washing machines? Should last some time without constant repairs

Currently being offered a 100 gaz land for around 3cr the area is good, should I go for it? I am having fomo that if I invest somewhere else I can buy more land at same price , also the prices at this location may not appreciate that much, what to do in this situation?
