I am trying to gain weight and I have realised that it's easier to take liquid calories than directly eating food in solid form (in between the meals). I don't feel hungry to eat snacks in solid form in between the meals. But, I do feel thirsty and instead of drinking water, I can easily drink 500ml of milk (which also gives atleast 50g of nutritional content).
Why not protein powder? They are costlier, this provides higher total nutritional content which I want.
I am specifically looking for full fat uht milk (something like amul's buffalo uht milk) because it's more value for money than 3% fat uht milk (like amul moti toned) but this isn't available in local shops near my area and on instant delivery platforms or on Amazon and Flipkart.
It also needs to be uht because I need to take a packet to office and I have no means to boil regular pasteurised milk there.
This is also not available on amul's website.
How can I buy this?
She was responding with "yes, sir" and salute when answering (sometimes when the salute wasn't even required). It's cute and funny 😂
