Legit PSA complaint?
Bought on eBay SEALED (photo 1) did the eBay grading add-on with PSA (photo2). They removed from the plastic wrapper before slabbing. Didn't even reach out to me. Anyone have thoughts here or experience something similar?
EDIT: To clarify, I'm aware PSA slabs some cards in their original clear wrappers. That's why I'm asking. I'm trying to understand whether this was normal policy for the eBay grading service or whether my wrapper should have been preserved. I wasn't contacted before it was removed.
