2nd leep

Recently found out I have to get a 2nd leep. It's been almost 2 years since my last one. The night after my first leep, i had a horrifying hemorrhage and I am absolutely TERRIFIED of that happening again. What are the odds I will hemorrhage again? 😭 im also supposed to start my period the day my procedure is scheduled. I'm so freaking scared and tired of this seemingly never ending battle.

Laser ablasion

Had a leep procedure in march of 2025 which was pretty traumatic considering I had a post op hemorrhage and woke up covered in blood the night after my procedure. Had a normal pap in August and December of 2025. Now, in July of 2026 by pap came back ASCUS and hpv 16 + again 😭 my doctor is referring me to a gynecological oncologist for possible laser ablation. Has anyone had a laser ablation? And after a leep? What was your experience? I'm terrified to have another surgery. I'm so scared. Why does my body keep failing me 😔

Hvac/gas furnace closet

Should a gas furance/hvac closet be fully sealed? When we bought the house the closet was fully sealed off to bring it up to code but now the hvac system is sweating. We had the air ducts in the closet fully re-sealed but the problem still persists, only on one spot. The hvac company (a different one then the one that sealed it) is suggesting we open the closet back up to allow it to be closer to room temperature in the closet and this will stop the sweating. My only concern is when we decide to use the heater during the winter, is this going to be a problem as far as carbon monoxide? There is a pipe that goes to the outside to let out the fumes but why was it suggested that we seal the closet in the first place? Pictures show the part that was sealed before (part A). And the other Pic is what is looks like now.

Guilt after putting my dog to sleep.

I am feeling immense guilt today after putting my sweet baby girl to sleep. She was 14 1/2 years old. I found her when I was just 14 years old, my freshman year of high-school a month after my first heartbreak. I found her when I truly needed her. This past Thursday, she had her first ever seizure at home and it was terrifying. Over the next two days she did not eat, and only drank water one time. We stayed in her bed, two weak to get up and would just lay there lifting her head to make sure someone was there every so often. She has given us some scares the past couple of years where I didn't think she would bounce back, but she ALWAYS did. This time though, it felt different. Especially because of the seizure. I am so beyond heart broken. Watching her slowly drift off was the HARDEST thing I have ever had to do. I have never felt such pain and heartbreak. I keep asking myself, did I make the right decision? What if she would have bounced back? Was it truly her time? Who am I to decide when her time should come? I am really struggling.
