recently diagnosed

flair is newly diagnosed but i wanna vent a little too..

24f and i just received my test results may 18 😬 so it’s been 4 days and im honestly okay after doing a bunch of research and reading people’s stories on here 🤷🏽‍♀️

last time i had intercourse was may 5 and i didn’t get any symptoms until may 12/13 and went to urgent care may 15. i only ever been with one person sexually so i was kinda sure on how i could’ve came in contact with it.

i’m not freaking out over having it im just upset over how the person i was with reacted.

first time author

how long did it take you guys to learn how Episode directing and what tutorials did you guys watch. I’m currently using tals coding guide and it’s a big help my brain just farts.

i’m the type of person who needs to actual SEE the directing and copy it to get the hang of it. my main problems are learning camera zooms and pans and placing characters. i haven’t learned how to place overlays yet either 😪

i’ve also commissioned someone to help me with a intro scene and make me a tappable menu 😅 i’ve wanted to write an episode story since i first joined the app (which was like 10 years ago) but i’m finally putting in the work to learn coding and everything

i’m in the episode discord and another but i’m happy to join more and talk to people. if you can’t tell im horrible at explaining and getting to the point but im just hoping this discussion becomes active i like talking in this community 🧎🏽‍♀️‍➡️

Is it just me, or do y’all drop stories that don’t use correct spelling and punctuation?

If the author’s first language isn’t English and they make a little disclaimer, I still give the book a chance to support, but I usually only read about 3 to 5 chapters before I stop. That is just one of many reasons I might drop a book. If I make it through to like 3 chapters I still donate some gems even if I don’t finish the story because why not 💕

Other reasons include slow pacing, fast pacing, and a confusing storyline, plus more.

could anyone recommend what they use to create tappable menus and overlays?

only program i’m really familiar with is PicsArt and that’s only using the mobile version.

i’ve tried canva before but only for like a few days.

after being on episode for almost 10 years ( 👵🏽 ) i’m finally gonna try to write my own story. any tips?

i DO NOT have any experience with coding, overlays or honestly anything 💀 i’m literally researching and watching tutorials as i type this. i tried to write a story when i was like 13 using mobile but that didn’t work out bc i didn’t understand episodes directing and other stuff.

im thinking of doing a supernatural genre story based in new orleans which is why im researching. ALL HELP IS APPRECIATED 😭🙏🏽

im also on discord and already in episodes if anyone wants to talk there. i just hope this post gets interactions especially from any other new authors and some big ones 🧎🏽‍♀️‍➡️
