... For the umpteenth time in a row. It hurts real bad.

I pulled my PS4 out of the closet today because I wanted to play some Destiny 1. Go to sign into my account and add some PSPlus to it. Apparently I owed $10 for something and never paid it. That is the reason my account is suspended. Can I not just pay the fee? I did not see an option to, only seeing an appeal report. So I submitted one, but I don't want to wait the 3 business days it'll take for them to reply.
