I currently have the crusher evos.

And I love them but, it's time for an upgrade

After 1 year of using them for 6-8 hours a day... I have to charge them everyday, and if I forget them, the day is dreadful.

So, someone on marketplace is selling the 1080 for $180 USD brand new.

Should I just get the 1080? For that price?

Or would I be disappointed and get the 720's?

Rn I use an equalizer with bass boost and volume boost at 10% up, and put the bass slide to 25% to 50%up. I never slide it all the way up to 100%

I listen to melodic techno, so it's very engineered sounds and layers.

There's some vocals, some synth pads, and deep rich bass on the tracks I listen to.

Basically I like to listen to electronic music, specially melodic techno.

So I currently use skull crusher evo's with the haptic bass.

The bass is loud. I paid like $150 cad for them I think

Now, I may want to upgrade to a better set of headphones and the 3 I'm looking at are in the title.

Now, I listen to music maybe 8 hours a day.

I workout with headphones also. Headphones never leave my head.

And I realize that listening to my favourite genre, and artists, the music is just so much improved and different when upgrading. It's like the same song, which you've listened to 100x before, sounds like a new song when you listen to it through upgraded audio equipment.

That being said, after research everyone is saying even with the pros and cons, the m4 is the best right now for the price.

But..... I want to know how much of a audio improvement is the m5 & the 630 over the m4? I'm saying everything, clarity of instruments, highs, lows, drums, synths in a song... Is it a significant jump from m4 to 630?

It's almost double the price, but is it double the improvement?

I use a equalizer app in my phone anyways, and up the bass and treble anyway, across the different bands.

So, should I get the m4?
