my stores general manager recently started scheduling the ac to turn off at midnight, and we close at 2am weekday and 3am on weekends. also mind you i live in south texas it gets so hot already and its summertime….
the restaurant gets insanely humid as the dishes are being done, floors are being mopped/scrubbed. EVEN WITH FANS

i have pretty bad asthma and the humidity levels to an extent causes my asthma to flare up. it makes me breathe poorly, lightheaded, can’t think straight, and have less stamina in the process of closing. its extremely hard to close in these conditions.

what can i do to fix this?????
