Anyone notice that Huge satellite to your right as you're driving towards Ellensburg?

Maybe I never noticed before, but near the rest stop on your right as you head out, you can see a huge white satellite. What is it? Whose is it? I need to know!!

I’m trying to understand a legal situation and want an objective interpretation.

I found a court case that appears to involve me, and it is listed as a dissolution (divorce) case. The filings show a date of 4/2. When I look it up, I also see references to a restraining order or related filing connected to the case.

However, as of now, I have not been formally served with any paperwork, nor have I received any notification of a court date or legal action.

I also attempted to access the case documents using the case number, but I’m unable to view any filings or details through the online system.

Given this situation:

  • What could it mean if a dissolution case (possibly including a restraining order) was filed on 4/2 but I have not been served several weeks later?
  • Are there typical timelines for service after filing, and at what point would a delay be considered unusual?
  • Are there scenarios where something is filed but not yet enforceable or not yet delivered to the other party?
  • Could this indicate a pending action, a rejected filing, or some type of delay or issue with service?
  • Could the inclusion of a restraining order be used as a way to expedite or “fast-track” aspects of the divorce process, and if so, how would that typically work in terms of timing and service?

I’m trying to understand whether this is something active that I should be concerned about now, or if it may still be in an early or incomplete stage.
**** more context: we have been married since 2011 and separated since 2015 (not legally separated). He is doing all of this from jail, and he definitely has my address. Could there be a delay in the documents being mailed to me? The main thing that raised an alarm was in the docket I saw online, which shows a petition for a restraining order. We are over 300 miles away from each other. We don't even talk. So why would a restraining order be part of it? And why wouldn't I be given the option to sign without having to deal with a process server? I want a divorce, but this whole thing has me worried that he is doing some shady shit.
