So i bought a pokemon booster box and it was obviously resealed and I have images and a video documenting me opening the packs. I put in a return request saying that these cards were obviously resealed and the accepted the return request and sent me a label. BUT they mentioned in their reply "please insure the product is intact so we can issue a full refund" so is that there way of screwing me over because the box is obviously not intact I had to open it to find out it was resealed.
