Does anyone have an idea how to attach the model to the base without it being super wobbly?

So as I said I'm thinking of starting AO as my order army, but I want to know your guys experience before committing, how are they to paint are they fun to play and write your own lore for.
I like them for the skyships maybe because I'm in the royal navy myself haha 🤣 but I just find it really cool any advice
