Haven't done much besides research so far, I feel pretty behind

Hi I'm in a bit of a predicament. Basically next semester I have a very hard course load. My hardest class is orgo, which is fine but the rate my prof reviews for that teacher are a 1/5 and there's no other teachers teaching the course. So I'm stuck with him. Everyone tells me he's horrible and even usual 90+ students in his class fail.

So basically I'm debating if I should take 2 online courses in the semester (electives) to lighten my load since I'm also doing ECs along school. Thing is i know none of the schools besides UofO looks down on it (and I'm not regional and they already have a big bias towards that so taking the 2 online courses might be enough to ruin my chances of getting in potentially).

Im just trying to keep a high GPA, idk any advice pls?? Is it worth keeping up my gpa and potentially harming my chances getting into UofO??

Preferably with little to now exams, so far looking at natural hazards and disasters and econ 1100? But id prefer if there's minimal work involved since I already have a heavy semester

Does it count towards med school requirements? Im confused cause its a art elective

However, I heard the first 3 stem classes r very time consuming and hard and so are their labs. Im also going to be doing extracurricular's alongside school such as volunteering and lab stuff, so I was debating whether or not I should take ecology later in third year or not.

I also wanna note that this first year having 3 labs a week was kinda hard for me in regards to time management 😅

Any advice is appreciated. Thx
