Hi everyone. Im posting again to clearly explain what we're looking for and how you can contribute to our project.

We’re working on a project to build a searchable archive of publicly reported rape and sexual violence cases in bd.The goal is to improve public safety and awareness.

The main idea is to collect information from reliable news sources, organize it properly and make it easier for people to find and research.

Right now, we’re mainly looking for people for 3 teams:

  1. Data Collection & Preparation

Finding cases from reliable newspapers, collecting the important details, saving the sources, and preparing the information for review.

  1. Website Development & Management

Working on the website, database, interactive map,and other technical parts of the project.

  1. OSINT, Research & Data Review

Checking the information collected by the data team, comparing sources, looking into the legal status of cases, and making sure everything is accurate before it gets published.

You don’t have to be an expert or have professional experience. If you’re interested in research, OSINT, data, web development, or just want to learn and contribute you’re welcome to reach out.

Basically, a searchable rape directory (listing reported rape incidents ) and features like nearby alleged/convicted perpetrators.

Hi everyone, we are looking for team members to help build an accessible online directory documenting reported rape and sexual violence incidents in Bangladesh.

​The goal is to create a searchable database that allows users to check reported incidents and documented offenders near their location. (Further suggestions will be appreciated)
