So one of my friends/classmates seems to be developing some weight related problems. The thing is she’s already extremely skinny yet she keeps calling herself fat even though shes 10+ kg lighter than me. I dont even think shes saying it for attention seeking stuff I think she genuinely thinks she is fat, is there a way I can help her before this goes off the rails?
