Need Trade Help….was offered Tate for Tet

Dynasty, SF, 1/2 PPR League.
I’m in a huge rebuild, likely 2 years away from competing.

I have Tet and was just offered Carnell Tate straight up for him.
Should I make this trade? At first I thought it was stupid but I’m actually considering it.
