Got scammed at offline market buying nord ce 5

Sold me the nord ce 5 8/256 for 28k yesterday as a new sealed box when I came home a friend sed to cheak the imei number after checking i know that the device is already activated in January and battery cycle count is 82. What should I do go and ask for a exchange or file a complaint. (No gst bill) I have a rough bill without gst number

Need help! Got scammed at jagdish market.

I bought a oneplus nord ce 5 8/256 for 28k as brand new box pice on 6/7/2026 after comeing home I came to know that the device is already used by checking the imei number on oneplus website call authenticity and warranty cheak it shows 25/1/2026

And checked the battery cycle count it shows 82. What should i do file a complaint or negotiate for exchange.
