Can you still lose weight (fat) while taking creatine?

For all of you who have lost weight on creatine, how did you do it? What time of the day? What dose? Cardio?

I’m currently 229 pounds, 33% body fat but I’d like to drop body fat and try to maintain muscle. Should I take creatine?

Need Advice for debt payoff

Hey everyone,

I need some advice. I currently owe $22k on my BOFA credit card which has a 0% APR until February. The overall credit limit is $23k. So very high utilization rate. I also have student loans but they’re super low APR (5% and 2.5%)and I don’t plan on paying them off early. My student loan balances are low. One is $8500 and the other is $5500. If I sell my stocks and crypto plus use my savings, I can pay them off and my credit card but I choose to keep the loans for now

I have about $13k in crypto that I don’t want to sell since I bought kind of high.
I also have about $13k in stocks that I don’t mind selling since I do believe a major crash is going to happen soon and I don’t mind paying capital gains since I made decent money. I also have $10k saved in cash which is my rainy day fund basically. I have a good job now but I’m planning on taking out a loan to start business. (I’m not asking for advice or feedback on taking out a loan to start the business, I’ll worry about that). Now I need advice. In order to get a better rate on the personal loan, my utilization rate on the BOFA has to be lower. My 0% transfer bonus on the BOFA expires in February and I have to be paid off or transferred to another card by then.

I have a good paying job now. I’m able to save $3500 a month

Here are my options unless you have other recommendations.

  1. Sell my stocks and use that to drop my utilization rate on the bofa.
  2. Sell my stocks and use my rainy day funds to pay off the BOFA completely.
  3. Keep my cash but sell my stocks and crypto to pay off the BOFA.
  4. Keep the complete balance, take out the loan with whatever rate they offer me? (Least preferred option since I don’t want to have more debt while I have the loan.
