Hi all, I'll be visiting in early to mid October and would love to get a tattoo while there. Any recommendations for tattoo shop/artists? Preferably those that have experience tattooing color on darker skin tones? Line work is fine too though.

^(I've been craving mac and cheese recently and do make my own but wondering where good mac and cheese is here in Memphis. I feel like all the places I go to dont have it on the menu. All I can ever think of is Panera. As a side, I dont eat red meat so if a bbq place sells it thats why I don't know 🙃.)
My mom went to Shelby Farms Park this morning and saw this on her walk. There was a dead fish odor on the air and turkey vultures everywhere walking on the path and fighting around people over the dead fish. Anyone know what this means?
