Guys I have been facing extreme hairfall from last 4-5 months to the point thar my crown is visible and hair density is really thin , got my blood tests done , vit D was 10, vit b12 is 205 , ferritin 54.6. I used to masturbate daily from last 1-2 years! My dad has less hair too! Dermat has put me on topical min+fin, trigaine shampoo and some tablets ( thickify) , also vit d ( 60,000 iu once a week ) things have been really harsh, I feel so much hair shedding everyday, its been 1 month of applying, i feel shattered!!!
I am thinking to start oral fin by my own since doc asked to report after 3 months but nothing is changing!! Help
