Buying one plus earbuds. But what is this doorstep service charge? 300 was off due to offer but then paying 70 for random charges. What is the point?

I have been having my hair fall since 12th standard.
I come from a lower middle class family so I never cared about hair fall and all.
But now as I am financially stable, and have done things for my parents, I want to cater my hairs.
I don’t want to go for transplant and I am scared about how some cases have been failed.

I am planning to start using minoxidil and finasteride.
Shall I just take the same dose what other people are taking in this sub, or shall I consult a doctor first?

Anything else if you guys can suggest? Really need help here. Thanks in advance.
