My friend is a 2025 b.tech graduate from there, he had qualified TCS NQT 2026 and was selected for the interview, first for the Digital Role, then they shifted him to Ninja. TCS disqualified him in the screening round since they have this condition where the college from which the candidate graduates should be publishing the results at the correct time i.e June/July. JIS University published the results of the 2025 batch way later. Now JUST BECAUSE OF THE UNIVERSITY'S BLUNDER my friend couldn’t sit for the interview despite being well qualified. Literally months of preparation wasted. Why must the graduates suffer because the University wasn’t careful enough? What consequences will they face for it? The 2025 graduates from JIS CANNOT appear for TCS NQT ever just because of their University's inefficiencies. I have seen my friend prepare day and night continuously for this. I hope this post gets some reach and thank you for reading. This is so utterly unfair. Is there any solution to it? He went for the interview yesterday and this is what he faced. Please if anyone knows if something can be done, do share your opinion below or in my dms.Also please if anybody can give referrals, we'd really appreciate it.
