Come over mechanic replaced my alternator on my JDM lc100. He removed the power steering pump and various covers and throttle body and air intake. When he was finished this bracket was left over but he insists he didn't remove it. I suspect it's part of a power steering hose clamp but does somebody know for sure?

I expected airport pricing and lower quality, but this was genuinely bad. Home Run Inn is supposed to be a Chicago pizza name, and this tasted worse than Hunt Brothers gas station pizza. At least Hunt Brothers knows what it is.
