I made these homemade milk pedas today using just a few simple ingredients. I wanted them to be soft, rich, and lightly flavored with saffron, and I’m really happy with how they turned out!
They’re not perfectly shaped, but they’re homemade with lots of love, and the taste is what matters most. 😊
What do you think? Any tips to make them even smoother or give them a more authentic halwai-style texture next time? 🍬💛
Had a few leftover rotis, so I didn’t want them to go to waste. I filled them with sliced onions, a creamy cheese/mayo mixture, a sprinkle of spices, and toasted them until golden.

I made this pasta using whole wheat flour instead of refined flour, then added paneer for extra protein, along with onions, bell peppers, tomatoes, garlic, and a few simple spices.
I wanted something that felt like comfort food but was still nutritious. It turned out surprisingly filling and flavorful!
I’d love to hear your thoughts. Would you try this, or is there anything you’d add to make it even better? 😊
I know this sounds a little weird, but hear me out.
Instead of chicken, I took fresh pineapple, coated it in a smoky tikka marinade, and roasted it until the edges were beautifully charred. The sweetness of the pineapple mixed with the spicy masala created one of the most unexpected flavor combinations I’ve tried.
Crispy outside, juicy inside, and packed with smoky flavor. Definitely not your regular pineapple recipe.
Would you give this a try, or does pineapple belong only in desserts? 🍍🔥
I’ve tried fancy breakfasts, but I keep coming back to this.
Rolled oats + banana + pumpkin seeds + raisins + a little milk. That’s it.
It’s filling, takes under 5 minutes, and keeps me full for hours. I usually eat it while working, and somehow it never gets boring.
What’s your go-to oatmeal topping? Or am I missing a combo that’s even better? 👀
I finally made traditional Farra at home! It’s steamed rice flour dumplings stuffed with a spiced lentil filling, then lightly pan-tossed with cumin and curry leaves. Served with spicy chutney, and it turned out so comforting.
Craving something quick and comforting, so I made this spicy Egg Maggi with scrambled eggs, onions, garlic, chilies, and spring onions. It took less than 15 minutes and turned out super satisfying.
I finally tried making egg caramel pudding at home, and I was honestly nervous about getting the texture right. Luckily, it came out smooth, creamy, and perfectly set with a rich caramel layer on top.
It’s made with just a few basic ingredients, but the result feels like something you’d get at a café.
Tried making Afghani Egg Curry from scratch today, and I’m genuinely happy with the result. The gravy is rich, creamy, mildly spiced, and pairs perfectly with naan or jeera rice.
