When the hurt made a home in your heart and you just feel melancholy each day...

Sorry I'm just very sad, just surviving, not really living, and have to think how fortunate I am compared to a lot, I have a loving mother, I'm patching things up with my father, friends, roof over my head, food to eat...

But living as someone disabled is still very lonely, as I'm always home and unable to work, which really gets at my self esteem...

I consider myself a poet at least, but I haven't written anything I liked since last fall...

It's hard to feel self worth being isolated, I really want the courage to go out, but I have auditory hallucinations, it's very hard to be comfortable in public spaces for me now...

I wasn't always like this, I use to do all kinds of jobs from working in clothing stores, to being a photographer, to teaching, but at 25 things just went downhill...

I thought I was a lot better this past year, but I had a break up, then almost lost my apartment, I'm just making it now, but it's been so stressful...

I'm mainly still hurt from my break up, some other stuff happened too, but that's getting better, idk, it's hard like, with the break up, youre texting calling video chatting constantly and bam! Over. Done with. Reality is a stark difference from all that love and attention.

And youre doing all the things, being open and there for your friends when you can, being there for yourself, like taking meds, seeing a therapist etc, you're doing everything you can afford to do

It's just in the quiet you should feel peace, but youre tormented by the memories...

I think Miley Cyrus song 'Cant Be Tamed' was an ode and in honor of my frizzy curly hair, it's pretty wild and poofy now that it's the height of summer and I have no AC, I want to love it, so 70s or if it was long, very metal, lol how are you experiencing the summer heat?

Idk, I'm down on my luck and I've been feeling more madness lately or despair, like how am I going to get out of this jam this time, maybe we all try to outrun horrible fates, when we're young we don't focus on how bad something can be but how great, I went through a lot young, but I was so hopeful and I try to hold onto that hopefulness now as much as I can, maybe you do too

I think I'm changing also in terms of movie taste, I think I like sci fi films more than thrillers and thrillers were my #1, I've just seen so many good sci fo films in the past year

And you know something positive there's always something new to look forward to, like a new song to discover, if you're really into music like me, we can definitely share our finds

I've been rewatching Friends and it's been a nice escape, I'm in the 3rd season were Ross and Rachel break up and it's relatable because I am getting over a break up myself, albeit from different reasons lol idk I sometimes think Ross doesn't deserve Rachel, what do you think? Oh jeeze, honestly I'm a mess these days, just getting by day by day, I think I'm succeeding in a way, like it's really hard but I'm still showing up, I have to move out of my place soon and the instability coming up is scary and like all I can do is be as calm as possible, is that relatable?

I miss having someone in my life I can really talk to and I hope to find that person again, but I know it doesn't always work out with this reddit chat thing, still I hold out hope, the opportunity to be myself is worth it, I'm very sensitive and loving, and can be silly too, but I haven't been myself lately idk, I've been sad and worried and could use some support

I'm binging Friends like I mentioned and for movies, I think my new favorite is this Sci fi movie called Tenet even if the concept may be goofy now I think about it, my all time favorite film is American Psycho, and I like other thrillers plus Hitch Hock-y, Twilight zone type stuff, for romance my favorite is Pride and Prejudice and Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind

I lived in this apartment 2 years and can't afford it anymore and it sucks, but these were really good years and I appreciate the experiences I had, I just hope I can find comfort in the next thing, that I can handle the challenges coming up, hopefully I don't have to alone, and please know that I don't want charity, I just need someone to care, I hope to figure out things on my own

Living with disability is hard, but I don't think friendships/companionships are impossible for myself, so my last relationship didn't work, impermanence is part of life, but we still strive for things to last, I dont think anyone doesn't want love to not work
