Hi there! Reported my boss to HR for sexually explicit comments and had a meeting. The meeting quickly turned into my "performance" at work and feedback provided by my peers. I've been told I will meet monthly now for "check-ins" (refused to use the words performance review) to discuss any feedback my boss might have. HR said my being on an AEWV requires them to submit monthly reports to Immigration New Zealand, and that they've been submitting these reports since I started. Sounds like a bunch of BS to me.
