What do you think of my Rolex Submariner No Date?

Bought this one in a backroom of a store in Bangkok.
Don't know the factory or anything about this rep.
Just wanted to know if you think this is a good rep?
Weight is almost the same as the gen (1-2 grams difference).
They told me it's a super clone.

Edit: Scratches are from wearing it since 1/2 year.

Are oral and topical min too much or a great add on?

As the headline says I just wanted to hear your opinions about adding topical min if you already take oral min.
I had a stagnation and added topical min but all went downwards.
My derm suggested me to do this but in another thread someone told me that this isn't how it works
