I went to Blu on the Hudson in Weehawken, NJ, and the service was really subpar.

The only reason we went is because it's part of the Sapphire Reserve exclusive dining tables and the $150 credit that comes with it.
Here's what happened:
Our server took away the drinks menu before we had a chance to order drinks, then came back with an attitude when we asked for it again.
I ordered a bottle of Prosecco, and while opening it she jerked the bottle and a lot of it spilled onto the floor.
She forgot to put in our side dishes, and we ended up canceling them.
The view is great, but for a fine dining restaurant the service did not match. If you're thinking of using the CSR credit here, I'd go in with low expectations or pick somewhere else.
