What is my undertone? (Lots of pictures)

I think I’m cool toned but not sure because I look really yellow compared to my friends who are fair and cool. I think I have rosacea so idk if that changes things and I get pink rashy skin on my arms so I’ve used my chest/neck. TIA!!!!

How to calm hot red itchy legs from standing? Does anyone else experience this?

Honestly not sure if this is EDS or POTS. I used to get this all the time as a teenager (25 now) but since stopping my propranolol I’ve been experiencing this. My neurologist wanted me to stop the propranolol because I have really low blood pressure but high heart rate. I was using it for migraine management but have since switched to ajovy.
Does anyone know of some quick fixes to calm it down? I look like a lobster sometimes.
