Pretty advanced Beta build, just re-upped the (theoretically final) main menu flow. missing a few sound effects and art assets, but pretty polished in most regards and very much ready for input on any ways to make the onboarding more intuitive (and any other feedback that comes through). Description: CHONKs is a solo dev (hi!) labor of love that's a... roguelite... turn-based tactical board game. Chess-adjacent with laser bazookas and cats. Humorous and with strategic depth, it's my take on one of my favorite kinds games that there aren't a lot of out there. Best played online against humans, but with a vs computer option that is pretty fun (you probably won't lose, even against hard, in its current state). Plays well in browser or on mobile. orientation aware on devices. try the tutorial and lmk what you think!
