Got 47 and no supplemntary assesment what to do ?

Hey guys, just got a final grade of 47 for machine learning core unit. The assignment 2 report mark was incredibly low compared to my internal marks (which were great), and I got hit with a heavy presentation penalty. I'm an international student and this unit is a strict prerequisite, so repeating it delays my degree by 6 months. HiQ says I'm not eligible for a central supplementary exam because of the 48-credit-point rule. Has anyone ever successfully done an informal review with a coordinator or used the Guild Advocates to get a manual concession for a 47? Need some hope

First bike tour to ladakh from manali

First Ladakh bike trip July 2026 — operator & itinerary sanity check**

First-timer, going solo with a group tour. Trek background (KGL, Har Ki Dun) + some Kashmir riding (Srinagar-Pahalgam). NOT doing Umling La, Sach Pass, or extreme Zanskar.

**Operator I'm leaning toward:** Mototour Ladakh (Leh-based, ALTOA registered, ~₹50K solo for Himalayan 411 + support)

**Customized 12-day plan I'm requesting:**

Srinagar → Kargil → Leh → **Leh rest** → Nubra → Turtuk → Pangong → Leh (via Chang La) → **Leh buffer** → Sarchu → Manali

**Three questions:**

  1. Anyone here actually ridden with **Mototour Ladakh**? Real experience, not Google reviews?

  2. Better Leh-based operators for a safety-focused first-timer? (Endeavour Ladakh, Rock N Roll Riders, others?)

  3. Anything specific to July 2026 weather/road conditions or batch dates to avoid?

Would rather get honest pushback now than regret it on the highway. Thanks 🙏
