Unfortunately due to pcos and endo I’m really prone to bloating and really struggle in the jeans department. I’m in search of a bit of a unicorn pair of jeans that have some stretch in the to accommodate for bloating. Prefer not to spend too much but I’m open (even better if I can source some second hand)

I noticed cleanliness is a common issue coming up. Can anyone recommend any hotels in the area for under $250 AUD and night? Since it’s our first time we’d like to stay somewhere pretty central.

Looking for Shanghai accommodation recommendations tin a central location (currently have been looking into The Bund, People’s Square and Jing’An. Budget is flexible but ideally would like to stay around $250 AUD (1194.31 CY) a night for two adults.
Does anyone else feel dismissed with their PMOS/PCOS symptoms. I’ve gotten my Hba1c and fasting glucose and insulin test which all back normal but I’m not convinced I’m not insulin resistant. I’ve pretty much been told because those tests aren’t showing I’m resistant that there’s nothing I can do to help my PMOS. Some of my symptoms like fatigue, random hot/shaky flashes and frequent urination I’m just told could be from anything else. I know somethings going on and I don’t feel like the best version of myself but I feel like no one believes me 😕
Would these tests be enough to rule out insulin resistance?:
-Fasting insulin
-Fasting glucose
-Hba1c
-Lipid tests
So both my husband and I live in our puffer jackets in Melbourne winter but we are going to China in winter and after something a little nicer/dresser for going out. Definitely will still pack our puffers but want to have other options that are less casual. Love to hear what everyone would recommend!

We’ve never used one before and a bit confused how it works, do we still have the same phone number? If not how does it work when things like hotel etc are booked under are own phone number. Are we okay getting esims or do we need a Chinese number to use certain apps apps? What e sim has everyone used and would recommend. Thanks for the help!
