Always been an Allen Edmonds shoes mainly and boots but wow impressive boots. Garrison Boots in Forest Green

I have had quite a few shoes recrafted over the years and never had issue. I am fully willing to accept if I am being too picky but I feel like they should have done more to cover up the damage. Same type of damage on each side. I emailed the recrafting email address but last time I sent an email asking if a specific shoe could be recrafted it went unanswered so I am not convinced this one will be answered either
