Recommendations for plainer fabric woven wrap

Hi! I've been using a combination of an osprey carrier and a plain black bamboo stretchy wrap with my little one.

As he gets older (coming up to 10kg) the bamboo wrap is working less well for him.

I've tried a couple of wrap slings from friends and learned that a size 5 seems about right (I was gonna go overkill on a 7!)

Usually carry him on my front, but being able to solo rucksack carry is super useful!

Both of us are pretty warm boys though, so I'm investigating different fabric blends rather than pure cotton, probably a bamboo cotton mix for the breathability.

Any strong recommendations of brands to investigate, with a preference for plainer, less patterned fabrics?

Packolab Samurai Sling Loadout

Feel like I've finished iterating on this loadout, which travels with me pretty much everywhere. The pouch is a sling daily wear, or acts like an organiser bag inside larger rucksacks through the day.

Plenty of space inside for assorted other kit - sometimes extra kit for the child, sometimes wall charger / mini keyboard for tech stuff. The bottle flap can hold a waterproof or a thin hoodie.

Flying with resistance bands - new style scanners

I enjoy using a big resistance band when I'm travelling: it's compact, I can get some deadlift type movements and stretching - perfect for travel time.

However, it seems to get flagged up on the new style airport security scanners in Heathrow every time - something about the density maybe - I think the band is natural rubber. Maybe it's the way I've got it all bundled up?

Does anyone regularly fly with workout bands, and go though the new style CT without trouble? What bands are you using?
