Did I make the right choice?

I walked into an AD and bought this beautiful Mark XX. They even threw in an extra brown leather strap with the along with the black one. I love this watch, but then I started seeing pictures of the Spitfire and that nagging voice started to whisper. I KNOW that if I had gotten the Spitfire (I can’t get it brand new as it’s discontinued) I would have wished I had spent more and gotten the Mark XX. It has much better specs and movement. I like that all the markets are the same shade. I do like that Spitfire has that splash of red on the dial and is 39mm. At the end of the day it’s my personality. No matter what I got that voice would be there after a couple of days whispering, poking, “psst, why don’t you open a new tab and google it…now leave that tab open”.

Best channel I found on Youtube

Hello, recently my nervous system got sensitized from non-stop running around and stress caused by my father being hospitalized, a move I was looking forward to not happening, life events piling on top of each other and I never processed them, just pushed through them. I have anxiety and yesterday it got really bad with the intrusive thoughts fueling it and it fueling the thoughts and it was a loop, just doom. Today I found the best video I've seen and I've read and watched a lot of videos about how to heal. All the true healing videos do say that resistance keeps the anxiety up and the road to allowing your body to heal your nervous system is through acceptance, but he says it in a way that makes it seem way less scary. Living your life on a smaller scale and slowly doing a little more and adding to your routine, letting yourself feel the sensations instead of thinking it's scary and searching for ways to stop it (It's coming on! I need to meditate now to stop it!). Sit with it and let it do it's thing. Anyway, in a different video he even said when the intrusive thoughts come instead of pushing them away or trying to shut them down, to say ok what are you showing me and even agree with the thought to take the power away from it, so your nervous system doesn't panic when it comes up and you try to fight it. I wanted to share these because I know a lot of people live with anxiety (I won't use the word suffer because that's an example of treating it like a threat which keeps feeding it) and are searching for help. It made me feel better knowing what to do practically and I hope it helps you too.
