Absolutely monster LED flood light hard wired to the house sitting at the end of their driveway, pointed directly into the windows of the opposing alley. This flood light flips between high and low intensity every 10 seconds all night long.
Buying a house, and to get it to pass inspection the sellers weren't willing to fix anything, so I had to replace the leaky water heater and knew I could put in a better unit for cheaper by doing it myself.
