Arugula, white beans, avocado, sliced red onion, feta cheese, halved grape tomatoes, chopped red bell pepper, Kalamata olives, cilantro, pumpkin seeds. Dressed with red wine vinegar and extra-virgin olive oil.

Arugula with red bell peppers, cherry tomatoes, and sliced red onion. Topped with tinned tuna and a dressing made with cottage cheese, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic and fresh dill. Also add some raw pumpkin seeds.
