Wife switched over. Has ktid of overdrafts

Does anyone know why she is having so many overdrafts? She can't figure it out. She had this with only one other bank in the past. She's been with them for a few months and this past week it picked up.

She was at Flagstar and it rarely happened. We moved from them not only because of issues banks should never have, but they started charging her and everyone else account maintenance fees for people who don't work. Only way to stop it is x amount of direct deposits..

Rebuilding after a Chapter 13 discharge

I just got discharged early out of a Chapter 13 three year partial pay off. I paid it off 100% lump some. Experian score is 609 and Equifax is 630.

Everything is paid off and looks good on the reports except my Mortgage (left out) for obvious reasons. Never late marked on it.

What is a good starter credit card? Lowe APR. No rewards. What are the best credit cards? I am going to put Hulu and maybe something else on it and pay in full. Maybe sometimes pay the minimum then pay it off

I will be using my debit card for daily activities. No more credit cards for me.

Next Summer we may have to take a loan out on a car. It's the family car. Nothing crazy expensive. The temp family car I jdut bought in cash and will be mine when we get the newer family car.

How long is reasonable for paycheck deduction to stop?

I paid off my C13 last month. By the time the payment system took its sweat time getting it to the trustee then in the NDC it was pretty much the end of May, like the last week. And I have to wait for June for the funds to be disbursed to the creditors. Till this happens I still have to have the payments come out. The think is my payment for a four week month is $640. And my mortgage went up a bit with a big escrow shortage so now I have to pay $613 a month. I am ok this month but it also causes me accounting issues with my bank accounts. What is the reasonable time before I file a complaint with the state or feds or whoever?

I thought I meeting a parent at a bank to setup bank accounts for the kids so they can put in small amounts.

Turns out the amount surpassed what we owe. The bank account my mom is primary and under her branch of accounts. To keep it short it's so it's easy for her. I am secondary. I am not touching the money in account till I my lawyer calls back.

When I called the C7 answered they don't have their receptionist in today I guess. He's not sure if it can be done under C13.

I might be 100% never really heard but with my math to figure out how much I owe seems to be 100%.

So while I wait can I just pay it off?

Or are they going to just modify my my payments and take x amount of the gift?
