Hi all,

Is this the correct placement for the black clamp on the dead car? I'm asking because I'm not sure if that area is painted and might not be the right place to attach it.

Could someone please circle the recommended placement for me?

Thank you!

Donate to charity using the leftover balance in your prepaid Visa/MC card

I just saw the devastating disaster that recently happened in Nepal on the news again and how devastating it is to the community. There's a CTA to donate at the end and I thought maybe I can try donating the remaining balances of my prepaid cards?

Turns out it worked! ($1 donation minimum)

If you have small leftover balances on prepaid credit cards that would otherwise go unused, you can put them toward a disaster relief instead of letting them disappear into the ether.

I just donated to the Nepal relief fund, but you can donate to any causes you choose.

From me:

  • Sand litter is the worst. It tracks everywhere and creates a lot of dust. I found pellets to be the most manageable
  • A litter robot is nice, but unnecessary unless you have a lot of cats
  • A robot vacuum, on the other hand, is very helpful for keeping pet hair under control
  • Placing an air purifier near the litter box helps reduce odors
  • Wand toys, multiple scratchers (unless they want the furniture to be the scratcher), and a cat tree facing the window
  • An effective pet hair brush, like furminator (maybe depends on the kind of coat).

These are all pretty simple things, but they genuinely improve a cat's quality of life, not just make things easier for the person taking care of them.
