BEDBUGS ON READING BUSES
Writing this at the laundromat as I put the clothes I wore today to dry at 60°C after being careful not to take my clothes off at home.
I was on the 28 going to Henley when I saw a fucking bedbug on the window and another one walking on my jacket.
Now you might be thinking - “maybe you have them at home and YOURE the culprit” but my mum had a terrible infestation 2 years ago and I react pretty badly, and I have no bites at all, so I know I am not the culprit.
I’m just writing this so you guys can be aware and be careful. There has been a rising in bedbug sightings in public transportation, mainly in London, but it was a matter of time till they made their way here.
Pay attention. Nobody deserves the hell that is a bedbug infestation
UPDATE:: I emailed reading buses with all of the information and asked them to investigate the matter, and to let me know if they will treat the fleet for bedbugs and other pests. I hope I’ll update everyone again soon :)
P.S: I feel better after having the clothes dried and after checking my mattress carefully lol
