How do I go about getting a couple or even one Wi-Fi booster? My Wi-Fi downstairs is about 700-800 Mbps but upstairs sometimes only 100mbps. I am hoping it would increase it a lot better if I got one of those. Used to have one when I was with Sky and it helped. It’s the thick walls that are stopping it. Thanks.
How is it possible to record using an external usb on a firecube? It has been formatted correctly I think for tivimate but I can’t see it when I go to folders to record to. Any ideas? Many thanks.
I sent the router etc back to Sky last month and got email saying they got from Sky. Today I got an email saying they are going to charge me for the equipment they state they net got for some reason. I have 2 mobile sims from Sky and that’s it but when I try to call them I only get mobile connected and can’t get through unlike when I had broadband etc
I need a direct number for Sky that I can complain to and it’s an English speaker operator. Many thanks in advance.
I left Sky after 18 years a month ago. Returned their equipment and got confirmation from the Post Office plus one from Sky thanking me . Got this today.

Called them and told them and was told I owe them nothing. So why sent a text to me about it and she said it was only a reminder and to not bother. Happens all the time with Sky, just one of the reasons I’m glad I left.
