Transition glue lvp to tile

Transition glue lvp to tile

I installed lvp in my living room and didn’t think the gap had to be so wide for a standard T molding transition so I purchased a lower profile aluminum transition just curious best way to glue down if anyone has input. Thanks

Tile Vs LVP

We have been in our home for 18 years and is a one story in a entryway level neighborhood a lot of the homes have converted to rentals we are thinking of either rehabbing and adding a room or renting or selling. It still has original tan 12 x 12 flooring in entry and kitchen but living room is carpet should we change it all out with lvp or just take carpet out and put lvp or tile to make more appealing in future to either renters or buyers.

Lift / Struts

I have a 2007 GMC sierra new body style 4 door a few years ago I installed a rough country leveling spacer up front and seemed to do good job on leveling it I also replaced the struts with some Detroit Axle which seem to ride very rough now but especially on speed bumps. It is 2wd but almost seems like it’s a lot taller now on front and now my front tires are wearing very unevenly. I thought they were oem replacement but something is not right any body have experience with this type of setup? Thanks

OBS Chevrolet Rattle

I have.La 1995 Cherolet single cab C1500 id like to keep it as factory as possible but I do have a small system in it and the rear trim rattles. I wanted to put a dynamat type material back there but not sure if I will repaint truck another color in the future and would just like to keep as factory as possible what is best way to reduce that rear panel rattles without covering in dynama? Thanks
