Who else was there? I thought this was incredible. From spacey and ambient at the start through acid house, trance and techno but everything tied together with deep cosmic/psychedelic textures threaded through the whole set. There was a moment where the combination of warm ethereal washes and hard hammering bass was just completely blissful for me.
Was billed as 2pm-10pm but the crowd was so up for it that Jane and Marco just carried on playing and were still going strong at 11pm when we left.
For me these two were fantastic b2b partners who vibed completely and took us on a coherent journey to somewhere cosmic. My favourite set so far this year. Would love to hear what other people thought. Music is so subjective so it would be cool to hear different views!

Anyone who goes clubbing/raving regularly will know that substances can shape and change the feel of an event. A lot of people on coke and it can be edgy and nerved up with the threat of aggro; a lot of ket and as the night goes on there will be more plodding than dancing and a bit of a zombie look etc.
Personally I am often searching for the connected and more loved-up vibe that comes when a lot of people are on E or MDMA. Smiles, moments of fun and connection with strangers, feelings you’re part of a collective/whole, strangers fanning you down if you get too hot, people eyes closed and lost in the music.
I’m not looking for a party where everyone is on the same drug, I know that’s unrealistic. Also there are ravers who have this exact vibe/approach when sober or just drinking, and can access these feelings without being high - this is just their mode of clubbing. I felt this vibe at the last Art of Dark daytime event, it was a really lovely mixed friendly crowd.
Anyone have any recommendations for London parties like this? Queer, straight, mixed, night/day. Would be grateful to know if anyone chimes with this and can recommend places they’ve enjoyed.

Will be heading to Tech Couture on Sat. Aiming to be there for 10-11 hours so thinking about my energy levels. I know Fold allow food, last time I was there I took cereal bars, but it proved kind of difficult to eat them. Dry mouth etc.
Anyone know if they allow runners’ gels in? Those little sachets that replenish electrolytes and give you an energy boost. Would they consider them food or liquid? Thanks

Anyone heard it yet? I’m trying to weigh up whether to buy the regular CD or the HMV exclusive version to get this extra track. If it’s a serious kind of song then I will, but if it’s a White Telephone to God whimsical-style track I’m inclined to get the regular version and have the album close with 23 Peaks. What a curtain-closer that song is, damn. Stunning.
