A look at the new Starlink wifi portal + speedtest results while streaming 4K

Currently on Starlink equipped SWA 3528 LAS → MSY (N8501V), and while I can barely comprehend it, I am somehow writing this while my iPad is streaming a movie file directly via my plex home server… with instant playback and zero buffering… in true 4K…

For the nerds out there, here are screenshots of the redesigned web portal along with speedtest results. Gone is the “revving things up” patience test and waiting minutes to load a single page (although beware, seems like the advertisement plays back with sound ON by default, as many of us had to scramble to mute it)

Please let me know what other tests to run while I’m connected or other network details I can share!

Southwest Starlink wifi speed currently blowing my mind as I’m streaming 4K file via Plex, with zero buffering, at 39000ft

Currently on Starlink equipped SWA 3528 LAS → MSY (N8501V), and it is fast…!

Does anyone know of any other tests I can run or how to find additional network details worth sharing? Flight lands in an hour
