2016 RXV lithium swap enjoybot issue.. need advice

so... this past weekend i was helping a fellow carter( i swear it wasnt me).. and when all was said and done... we only had forward working... reverse would engage and the solenoid would click ... but there was not power to the wheels so to say... like it would creep on level ground at maybe 1" a few seconds.....

did some googling... just to make sure we cut and connected the right blue wire coming from the charging port...

i think one google got use a test of lifting back wheels off ground...and that would determine one issue vs another...honestly the miller lites where getting in the way on my comprehension at that point..

just looking for a few ideas...thanks

So I purchased the below fridge in late Jan of 26... by march 23rd.. the fridge defrosted and would not cool..

Started the warranty process via chat and it seemed like it would be simple.. was told a local service tech ( NJ) would reach out in 1-3 days to schedule visit..

after day 3 i asked for an update only to tell me to be patient ..

after day 5 was told it should be soon..

after day 7 they gave me his number to call and set up appt..( why couldn't you do that day 1??)

took 3 days of calls to get him to answer and set up appt.. then thankfully he just showed up later that day..

Was told the compressor is shot and a new fridge would have to be sent.. he just needs to send report to Corp.

took 5 days for him to send this report..i checked on status everyday..

when they finally got the report they now claimed i never sent the serial number ( which i did day 1) and i'm sure it was in his report.. but i digress

2 days of silence since i didn't know they wanted me to resend the picture of the serial#

ok.. they had everything.. please wait 24-48hrs to get an email with an RMA #

3 days later i chat them and ask where is this . "no worries i can send this over the Chat"

finally get the RMA document..( as generic as can be ) now what

"contact lowes to get a replacement shipped... just give them that RMA#"

So i Chat lowes on another screen while i had the Midea rep hand tight..

Lowes rep has no idea what I am asking and say i should "Just go to a local store and talk to manager"

WTF!!! fine I'm going now

get to the store and Customer service has no idea.. "Maybe talk to appliance manager?"

fine

get to that department.. He also has never seen this...calls the store manager and says he got it..

"did you bring the fridge back with you??" no i don't have the means, hence why i ordered online and had delivered..

:"well what needs to happen is the fridge get returned to this store and fully refunded, and you just buy another fridge"...

Fine just give me another brand same size same-ish price

That was April 9th...

old fridge picked up the 10th

new fridge came the 11th..

19 days to get a new fridge under warranty is horrific..

I own a few other midea products... I dont know if i will buy another after that..
