it had a very edited look to it but it seems to be real. and if so i dont see why it should be deleted?

Hi all,

I’ve been on Elvanse 20mg for around 7 days now. I’ve been tracking my heart rate for the last 3 days and my hr has been 100-110 at rest, and is 97 shortly after waking.

My BP has been normal until this morning, which is reading as Grade 1 hypertension atm. I haven’t taken the medication yet.

I’m quite active and eat relatively well, and this is the lowest possible dose you can take. I have other health issues (but had optimal BP and resting heart rate of 65-75.

I’m being careful with stimulant meds because I also have epilepsy and haven’t had a seizure in 10 years and would like to keep it that way.

What do I do?! I don’t know if it’s worth being on the meds for me…it’s helped with my emotional control, impulse control and sleep - but I don’t know if it’s worth damage to my heart?
