I'm watching this episode for the first time and the multi-cam docu-style way of filming is killing me I love it hahaha

Just rinsed my filter and cleaned my canister on my unremarkable Hoover WindTunnel Pro that I have owned for 10 years... now she's sucking up more pet hair and dust than I care to display on the internet 😅 I am disgusted and amazed.
Remember to clean your vacuums!!!!! Haha
(P.S. It has been cleaned over the years, it had just been a while. Happy Saturday!!)
Just wanted to express my gratitude for this community and feeling seen in it. For so many reasons my house has become a living nightmare for me, despite cleaning messes day in and day out, it just continues to be out of control... but I'm inspired by the resilience of the members of this community. I'm in the middle of a mental health break over the mess, knowing I am supposed to have guests in a week, but I am finding peace in knowing that I'm not alone in this struggle. I needed something to bring me back to myself, and just thinking of you all has really helped.
Thank you for being here, encouraging each other and creating a space for vulnerability and inspiration!
Hey all, my Muscovy was limping at bedtime last night and appears to have sliced open his middle toe on something. It is the underside of his foot on the pad, and there is a reasonable size of skin/flesh partially detached. At first it looked like a scab coming off so I thought it was bumblefoot, but after bathing I got a better look. The flap of tissue does not exactly close on his foot-- I'm not sure if it's swelling or something else that appears to be forming where it came up. The tissue appears to be living and pink, his foot is a little warm, and he is trying his hardest not to use it. Other than letting him bathe in freshwater, I did treat it with iodine. I'm not sure how to best go about treating this. I don't feel comfortable cutting off the tissue since it seems alive and well, but it does not seem to want to close back up at this time either.
I believe this injury to be very recent because I do spend a lot of time with him and the other ducks and chickens each day, and he only started favoring it last night.
Any advice or insights are appreciated.
